Almost all social economics problems of the world will be addressed through the social business system , Muhammad Yunus, Nobel Peace Prize, 2006 Acceptance Speech

The challenge is to innovate business models in such vital contexts as health care for the poor, financial services for the poor, information technology for the poor, education and training for the poor, marketing for the poor, renewable energy for the poor..

THE HIVE DIALOGUES ON WORLD SERVICE'S BEST NEWS FOR PLANET & PEOPLES

Celebrating Humanity Videos from the world's number 1 collaboration entrepreneursHive friends review  social action potential

Sustainability's World Service News- Hive's Sofia B participates in the social action dialogues & 7 hours of videomaking with Grameen leaders in Dhaka July 08  ; the most entrepreneurial and humanly inspiring talk heard by london youth of the network generation received several standing ovations at the London School of Economics 15 February 2008; with Future Capitalism's birth as the new year's resolution of 2008, this 90 minute celebration of youth's power to sustainably multiply goodwill around the planet  is now available for peer replays and cafe debates : 30 audio and transcript modules . MIT youth celebrate first half-year report of progress of Future Capitalism -10+ global market sectors now have social responsibility industry benchmarks

The gravity for social actions of Brixton hive is Mitchell- probably the UK’s most successful youth culture entrepreneur

The soul of Brixton Hive is Sofia, one of the most socially network concerned people any big city has ever encountered

If you have met these 2 beings it was natural that Brixton Hive became the first place in the world to host discussions round the book on Future Capitalism’s social actions and social business by Dr Yunus. Constant debates on this started 1 December 2007

People linked to Brixton Hive have had the privilege to meet him 5 times in the first 7 months of FC’s launch on 3 continents. We believe that there are 3 vital hemi-ops : poor, women, youth. It is time to change the sustainability of the world around their communal good senses

You can contact yunus 1000 bookclub bureau in DC 301 881 1655 for more news of how citizens are "hiving" social actions that celebrate humanity in every diverse context.

Example of Collaborative Letter Writing we seek to share with hives www

Dear Microloan Foundation

I am in London next Tuesday en route to Dhaka to have my 5th meeting this year with Dr Yunus. Is there any chance of meeting Peter Ryan while I am in town? I am a volunteer worldwide coordinator of 1000 Yunus bookclub around his book "creating a world without poverty- future business, future of capitalism"

we map the 7 brand leadership stages that Dr Yunus is connecting as the most valuable in the world - arguably the only ones that can collaboratively save the world in time due to all the exponential crashes of lose-lose-lose global : the failure to invest in photosynthesis, the failure to invest in peace dividend of going beyond superpower nations, the exponential risk/junk that global financiers have now abused peoples with on 3 occasions, the context-deep lack of communally sustainable water, food, natural and healthcare maps, the blindness of the BBC to make world service community rising journalism the number 1 social business of media world ..

As a mathematician I have worked with brands, media, goodwill valuation and entrepreneurship all my professional life - the latter because that was my father's number 1 subject over 40 years of editing microeconomics perspectives at The Economist, (as well as the accident of family history of a Bar of London grandfather who was mentored for 25 years by Gandhi as they struggled with the British Empire's dying constitution). My dad was of the era that served in ww2 as a navigator in the RAF before going up to Cambridge. By coincidence he first learnt economics from an Indian correspondence course whilst waiting to navigate planes out of airports in Bangladesh.

Of the 7 brand stages microcredit is obviously the technically deepest and one that I have no wish to reinvent the wheel on, but wish to help microcredit networkers bridge with Dr Yunus' other 6 collaboration stages for community up building
*Future Capitalism Models
*Social Business Model
*Social Action teamwork exchanges
*Yunus brand "collaboratively celebrating humanity" especially the lost share of community entrepreneur voices of women, poor, youth
*Grameen brand
*Knowledge transfers between Bangladesh and the rest of the world especially as he extends through internet for the poor between 6 microworlds:
**credit **education **health **agriculture **community-up governance **brand/
media that is community-centric

Most of the Yunus Forum people I know in London are focusing on linking together a world collaboration epicentre for social action and youth connections with Yunus and we will be spending a week in Dhaka filming with the aim of collecting enough conversation starters for yunus student union forums -and their links with eg Clinton University - to build through 08/09 Unlike New York where I feel we know experts who want to make sure microcredit is developed the long-term communal way and owned locally by the poor, I feel Yunus 1000 bookclub members need more microcredit connections in London. If you have any suggestions on whom else I should be contacting -if not you - that would be grand I have a particular concern for Malawi as I lost my niece there in an accident that befell her during her gap year.

Transcript of the youtibe video from Number 10 Downing Street:
Scene 1 Greeting
Prime Minister Gordon Brown: Hello How are you, what a pleasure
Muhammad Yunus: It’s a pleasure for me
PM : It’s good to see you (They Shake Hands)

Scene 2 Muhammad Yunus Introduces himself to the camera from the heart
of 10 Downing Street I am Muhammad Yunus from Bangladesh with Grameen
bank. We lend money to extremely poor people for income generating
activities. I am suggesting that Africa needs a lot of microfinance
programs – tiny loans 30 dollar, 45 dollar 100 dollar – and paid back
in weekly installments. It doesn’t need any collateral. It doesn’t
need any lawyers into it but the repayment rate is very high: 98% or
99%. Microfinance is very important because it allows people to bring
out their own initiative, bring out their own capability. And they can
move on their own speed to cerate income, to get out of poverty. And
people in Africa are very enterprising people, particularly women.
Microfinance focuses on women. Today in Bangladesh within Grameen Bank
we have 7.5 million borrowers a- 97% of them women. The Prime Minister
is very much aware of it; very supportative of it. So we will discuss
how to make it happen in Africa

Scene 3 PM and Dr Yunus sitting round a cup of tea
PM There is so much goodwill to the work you have been doing, and it
is so important

Scene 4 After tea: Muhammad Yunus denouement
At the same time, we will be discussing another concept – the social
business : business to do good to people - (show copy of Dr Yunus new
bestselling book Creating a World Without Poverty- Social Business,
The Future of Capitalism ). This is business where you aim at the
social objectives, not for making money for yourself. You cover your
cost, make profit but the profit doesn’t go to investors or outsiders
but stays with the company to achieve the goal that you set out to
help achieve or lead.

Notes on video choices: Of course there isnt a limit to 20,  but it has advantage of this may be feasible with 4 new films to be shot in mauve and most of the external sources already friendly, and since this set encourages thems like;

Yunus

We can create more examples- all those examples don’t need to be located in bangladesh – they can be located in africa, in south america so we can have variety of contexts in which they are done- people say “dont give me more Bangladesh examples’ people get sick of hearing everything is happening in Bangladesh. Business doesn’t need to be created in one country; if you have the design you can do it another country and ensure that it works, this was the goal and this is how it is working – now its up to you to improve on it, can you do it more effectively? Cheaper? Quality much better? - those are the challenges, first create one prototype then rest of it is improvement, sharpeing its outreach

Audience member:

This in the title of your book, and  I admire you personally Muhammad – for thinking of the world, and of the major issues of the world- Muhammad isn’t reducing the world to himself or his society. This act of Muhammad- in 2008 we don’t have many Muhammads- Muhammad has been thinking about the major issue of humanity today, and it is very important that you are de-Bangalising the issue, it is important if we can look at the world from the perspective you are inviting us, then that has an empowering element and we are grateful ...You have created a framework –

Yunus

that its a framework, its now a question of putting muscle into it

Is this the Hive? where youth loves community and celebrates discovery of own creativity to serve one another by generating sustainable income?

I am writing primarily to mitchell and sofia to ask if I understand the HIVE concept and its natural weblike connections with 1000 Forums as community publishers of several hundred embryonic social action group's team wishes

I believe organic peace, lack of inner city riots, prevention of addiction, search of interpersonal growth, development, flow, trust, nurture and familial love and female respect, owning your own time on earth (the positive confidences of emotional and social intelligence) and sustainability starts with youth - having an action space -beyond schooling - where every culture is welcome, where people are generating community building or income generating ideas by serving each other, where this is facilitated experientially not governed over

If that's what inner cities' HIVE's core life mission it could be time to invite a peace board of dignitaries who see these beliefs as needing action spaces. The fun question is who? so that people want hives webbing through every youth-peace bridging city. Its always the first few people you choose that spins organisational DNA -one dominating error and we can never get a goodwill multiplying brand back.

Equally can brand dna be passed through generations of successors beyond a founders life? I have researched 100s of cases of that in 30 years of researching just about every global brand under the sun. For example, my book brand chartering shows how Unilever through its lux brand used to be the deepest east-west mediator that a fmcg multinational ever was. But it lost the truth of its soap opera -beauty is your self-confidence and tbe community/communications you develop around your peers - so to speak when global numbers men decreed that soap wasnt an expensive enough category to stage health and beauty care with! My 11 year old daughter understands the consequential impacts of multiplication better than most of globalisation's number men. This is not a good omen for human sustainability unless we network together and map how to change future capitalism now.

SIMPLE
Multiply is the operation of connection and of open mapping (eg attached), networking any new world's worth trusting you and yours to. Addition is operand of separation, closed non-transparency which is cancerous to the future sustainability of any local to global networking entrepreneurial service/community franchsie.

HIVE-ALIVE
can we get one of the Gandhi sisters from City Montessori School on the board - their family's discovery of 40 years is cross-cultural confidence is mainly patterned by experiences before adolescence, they have curricula for that can we ask The Green Children's tom and milla (the paul mcartney and muhammad yunus mentored youth leaders of the responsibility pop and youth fashions industry whose artistic profits are investing in deep community health care franchises) can we get modjtaba or someone representing aga khan institute on that could we ask the ceo of whole foods as the future of free trade? as i have mentioned before its a pity that anita roddick died so prematurely ... can we get ray anderson as the leader of corporations pursuing zero carbon with their industry sector- gee if industrial carpets can profitably do that goal why cant any industry except those who sell carbon do it now? can we get taddy blecher at the free university on the board ... and then branson if on balance he inspires youth and climate futures more than not ... we need business entrepreneurs not social entrepreneurs to prove that healthy social/communal is what sustains economics and trust's exponentials up

** basically whomever you believe in lifelong (eg I could ask Harrison Owen but I am not trying to push method leaders) and so on if we know the purpose

it is not impossible to ask Muhammad Yunus what we need to demonstrate -or constitution of ownership of as a social business - before he would join the peace board of Brixton HIVE I can mention to Dr Yunus that I once worked on the duke of edinburgh award's brand and your motivations of constituencies for encouraging this construct are as different as chalk and cheese -empowerment cannot be drilled into youth, nor can peace

It is my understanding that in regenerating Brixton over 20+ years this is already demonstrably Mitchell’s life work . In about 80% of my conversations with Sofia, I have thought you have said this is your core flow too with perhaps extra outreach to women and southern hemisphere hives -am I correct or not?

We can try to map why Yunus 1000 citizen forum needs hives of the above youthful kind and vice versa.

Technical Footnote:
Community is the stock of goodwill multipliers and collaboration capitals through which you unpack your own creativity, discover truth and trust matter more than image and distrust- in the old days development of all meaningful brands (including nation brands) united communal constituencies over time as did media/mediation, community/communications- then with the dawn of internet as greatest communications and productivity-empowering revolution ever, every big profession decided it preferred to retain its old boardroom and heads of government monopoly of rule making rather than p articipate in service economies (where the assets are non-ownable people flows) and knowledge goes above zero-sum by connecting across separated boundaries- it is mathematically impossible for a corporation that measures its performance only by 90 days numbers to do anything other than exponentially destruct the deepest communities and so youth (the longest term investment humans need to make) that gets in its way. To call yourself entrepreneurial whilst governing only by quarters and short-term ownership vested interests is the biggest linguistic lie global management and economics have ever propagated but the trouble is there are so many sponsors of big that will buy up academics and others to spin this lie. Youth HIVEs can be the community antidote but only if we love good business and educate customers to stay away from brands that celebrate the wrong stuff.

Example at level of Bangladesh's Brand Nation
‘Economists agree that neighbouring East Asian countries to Bangladesh have all been doing hugely better than Bangladesh since 1980. Among other things, what has helped these Asian neighbours to grow, and what effectively distinguishes them from Bangladesh, has been the construction of a local financial system targeting subsidised local finance (and high quality technical support) to micro- and SME businesses and family-based farming units identified as having productivity growth, minimum scale, innovation and technology-absorption potential. That is, these successful neighbouring Asian economies have all constructed a local financial model that is the almost the complete opposite of the Grameen model. The latest very visible example is Vietnam, which since 1990 has sprinted ahead of Bangladesh thanks to its mobilisation of local savings and, crucially, its investment of them in well-designed rural credit programmes offering low interest rates, long repayment periods, grace periods, and loan amounts sufficient to create minimum efficient scale business or farming operations. Among other things, this approach has lifted Vietnamese agriculture away from subsistence farming to export-orientation in a single generation. Vietnam and all the other fast growing East Asian countries now all have a functional base of sustainable, minimum scale, technology-intensive and innovative microenterprises, SMEs and efficient family farms contributing to food self-sufficiency, local taxation, well-paid employment and (thus) a sustainable local growth trajectory. Meanwhile, Bangladesh has since 1980 recycled much of its local savings through Grameen and other similar microfinance institutions and has produced millions more rickshaw-drivers, vegetable sellers, street traders and tiny inefficient subsistence farms producing a few additional chickens or paddy, while incomes stagnate because each unit is attempting to survive in a desperately over-supplied local market and many are also failing and taking with them the marginal income gains to date. What would you say to those economists, therefore, who contend that Grameen’s longer run outcome has mainly been to retard a sustainable development trajectory in Bangladesh and effectively to freeze poverty in place?’

Research for Yunus 1000 Forums - MZ SB CM NM MS MC Mitchell and peer networks

A Simple Theory of games ruled by measurements

Change one rule and you have a whole new game – eg one rule’s change may be difference flow over time between winning design being must purposeful in multiplying goodwill and being most conflicted (destructive of communal purpose)

Social Business Rules

Design a business model to be sustainable ie positive cashflow and entrepreneurially empowering of serving community win-win-win

Commit original investors to repayment at zero interest, no dividend or financial gain but reputational gain and joy of heroic innovation in serving humanity

Reinvest all surplus in service purpose – eg continuous improvement, broader replication

Ensure constitution is legislated transparently that real or accidental enemies of the purpose never get a chance to gossip negatively about who owns the goodwill or is entrusted with its decision-making

Purpose Goals Truly Tracked for Compound Consequences

20th Century professional rules of efficiency trajectories over time became subject to as many as 3 false expectations

2 Success once everyone involved in win-win-win agrees that a breakthrough innovation is available to all involved. At this stage a system’s virtuous spins should demonstrably be returning positive exponential (not linear) gains

1 Major inventions first job is to intervene in transformation of a crashing exponential down system. Crucial dynamics here include: how long will there be negative cashflow; how to keep the experiment small (lo cost) but whole until people see how to rid themselves of the crashing system; persisting in not changing the design in order to get a quick financial win (ie end of the true breakthrough’s best future purpose)

3 Major inventions also search the environment’s future history. Is there evidence of a regular occasional crisis (eg caused by nature) outside of the community’s and purpose’s control. How do you prepare everyone for this setback (or its prevention) so that it doesn’t cause system deviation from the map of getting back onto upward exponential as soon as humanly practical.

Triangular Experience of Entrepreneurial Revolution

Experience of the greatest sustainable advances for humanity have often shown 3 system leadership rules that need to flow in one. Moreover these often need a synthesis of very different types of leadership capability- and even when one entrepreneur is capable of them the publics may be fuelled by noise in the media etc which does not let one person be trusted to leading all 3 types of relationship decision

The innovation passion, nothing is impossible, this purpose can change the world

Relationships with those who most deeply need the service and those committing their lifetime (or unique opportunity costs of being) to serving this specific purpose

Resources person who loves the purpose’s compound goal as much as the other 2 role-players

worldtrustrisk2.jpgWorldwide Living Script Example -
Dr Muhammad Yunus (since 1974) :
Credit
Instead of credit depressing human productivity, Dr Yunus wanted to facilitate the greatest productivity poor people and you can be - as every human’s right

World’s Most Productive Map is Born
As an economist Dr Y started by lending only to those poorest but most productive people in village communities who he could charge loans to at least 10 times less than they were paying to loan sharks

His practice communities then encouraged a next wave of villagers to participate in peer to peer loan circles of five, so that more and more people could see how to select and be their own greatest productivity/flow

They then found that in rural villages women were investing their profits in compounding more communal sustainability than men

Next a worldwide search for communal upgrades – service businesses that gave communal micro entrepreneurs more opportunities to select their own greatest productivity.

When Grameen started the most popular business was owning a cow; now it’s being the mobile telegram office for the whole village. Today Grameen as the world's favourite brand is celebrated with TheGreenChildren pop song "Hear me Now".

Entrepreneurial Revolution’s Truth compounded along Grameen’s goodwill journey as Hi-Trust partners linked in sustainable and empowering community-up ideas. Probably, the best ones a developing country has collaboratively searched in the history of the world
